Pickleballer, from Boost Innovation, is a native iPhone and iPad app built around a free daily game: one real pickleball point, the same for everyone, played in the first person and scored out of 100 for the quality of your read. It trains the “soft game” — the dinks, drops, resets, and smart shot selection that beat a “banger” who only hits hard. Around the daily read are a customizable 3D avatar with earned-only unlocks, a Soft Game rating shown beside DUPR, a Dink-to-ATP training pathway, age-aware warm-ups, and private friend pods. It is designed for a 40+/65+ audience first — large type, high contrast, full VoiceOver, and reads over reflexes — and it is free to play with no account required. Pickleballer launches July 17, 2026.
